SPECIAL FEATURES
OUR COTTAGE IS WATER ACCESS ONLY BOAT REQUIRED. There is no road into the property. There is a short ten minute boat ride from the public landing to our cottage. We have a Large deck at the shoreline under a big oak tree. Our property faces due south (which gives you the sun all day)and it overlooks the whole bay. A private natural sand beach which is shallow and great for kids. Great fishing off the dock or in the many bays within minutes by boat. Very Private large 3 acre lot with plenty of trees. Boat available for rent if required.


INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
16 foot cathedral ceilings finished in tongue and grove pine throughout. Big Douglas Fir beams cascade the through the large pain windows which encompass the complete front of the cottage. Beautiful 1400 sq. ft. deck horseshoes the cottage for your dining or outdoor activity. The loft is great for the kids "they like a little space to" its their own little hide-away complete with a swing down staircase for easy access.


EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
(Boat Required) Our Cottage is Water Access and is nestled and set back in the tall wind swept pines of Georgian Bay. Very private ! From the large deck surrounding the cottage you can easliy see the entire beach and waterfont just 50 ft. away on a gentle slope to the waters edge and our vast shallow sandy beach. Off the dock you can dive into the water or hang a fishing pole out for the fresh catch of the day. Our 40 foot dock will house most water craft comfortably.

Several Golf Courses within 15 minutes 30,000 Island cruises. Helicopter rides. Cliff jumping or diving @ wall island Henry's fish and chips San souci Island


RATE INFORMATION
Seasonal and monthly bookings take priority, then two week rentals, however when payment is rec'd on any given time frame your booking is reserved and will not be cancelled. $500.00 security deposit and a $500.00 rental deposit req'd by bank draft or certified cheque. The security deposit will be returned upon satisfactory inspection. Balance of payment to be paid in cash upon arrival.Rental agreement with description of amenities available.
