This private and quiet waterfront chalet is located on a two acre property, offering privacy and pristine nature. There is approximately 1000 feet of lake shore frontage onto Rock Lake. The lake is a deep healthy lake with many tiny islands, plenty of fish, birds, mink, deer, moose, and an occasional elk.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Charming open concept chalet with (3) three piece bath, king-size bed,(cot available for 1 child-sleeping bag not provided) large closet, newly equipped custom kitchen with eating counter. The interior is a two room apartment style which includes a 3 pc. bathroom, including shower. There is an electric fireplace to keep you warm, and air conditioner for summer days. Hardwood floors with walls of tongue and groove pine. Walkout into your screened porch to relax on the lounge chairs or dine at your table enjoying the east, south views of this northern Rock lake. There is comfortable European furniture in gathering area, with satellite LCD TV and VCR,and DVD.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Private dock, lounge deck, swimming, all facing the sunrise. Enjoy dinner and a sunset on your lounge deck , or in your screen portch. Swimming is made enjoyable at your private floating raft. Two cushion chaise lounges are located by the water with a view of Rock Lake . Canoe, paddles, and paddle boat are included. It is amazing to gaze across the lake to see nothing but natural uninhabited shoreline.It is truly peacefull,quiet and private.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY

Located near Killarney Provincial Park where you can enjoy world class hiking and canoeing. Golfing is available at many top rated and reasonably priced golf courses. Nearby Sudbury offers many local attractions including, Science North/Imax and Dynamic Earth / Big Nickel. Exceptional Festivals throughout June, July, August and September. Enjoy northern , casual or fine dining restaurants.

RATE INFORMATION

$900 per week(double). $200.00 Deposit requested for 2010,Cash or money order. On arrival, final payment due on receipt of key . Rate includes-canoe, paddles, paddle boat, life jackets (XXL-M),all linens and towels, lounge chairs and cushions included.
